Krysten Beck, Paralegal

Krysten moved to the area with her fiancé, Mike, and German Shorthair Pointer, Reba, in early 2017. She grew up in Westchester County, but has always traveled to the Adirondacks with her family throughout the year.

Krysten earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in English Writing from Plattsburgh State University in 2011 and worked for a Pediatric Neurologist’s office for a couple of years before realizing she very much enjoyed helping people, but needed to put her love of English to use.

Prior to joining our firm, Krysten started as a receptionist at Shamberg, Marwell, Hollis, Andreycak & Laidlaw, PC, located in Mount Kisco, New York. During that time, she was working towards earning her paralegal certificate through an online certificate program. Krysten was quickly promoted to paralegal where she focused on estate planning. This is where she knew she was meant to be.

Krysten enjoys spending time with her family and close friends, reading and practicing yoga, as well as anything having to do with being outdoors including kayaking during the spring, summer and fall months and snowmobiling with her family during the winter. She has accomplished hiking some of the Adirondack High Peaks during her years at Plattsburgh State and hopes to accomplish the title “Adirondack 46er” in the future.
