This presentation will cover demographic trends, exacerbated by the pandemic, which exposed significant gaps in the service delivery system for individuals with disabilities. It will also address the challenges of credibly advising clients about limits in the system and provide strategies around empowering our clients to think differently about entitlement, access and the need for a public private partnership.
