Ed Wilcenski served as Honorary Chairperson for the Spina Bifida Association of New York State’s Tenth Annual Dare to Dream Gala. The Spina Bifida Association of New York State (SBANYS) was formed in 1993 by a small group of Capital District parents whose children were born with Spina Bifida. Originally a regional advocacy organization, SBANYS has grown to serve all of New York State, including adults with Spina Bifida, young children and their parents, spouses, and grandparents. The Dare to Dream Gala is the organizations largest fundraising event and proceeds are used to support and expand programs and services for individuals and families across the State
